Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the countries we ship to. If your country does not appear at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons (like the holidays) can occasionally add a few days.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Protection
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible and before your order ships. We can't redirect packages once they're on their way.
